Eight-volt batteries are a quiet corner of the deep-cycle world: six of them make a 48V string, and the Leoch LDC8-195 is built for exactly that kind of pack. If your scrubber, sweeper or lift runs on a 48V system and you want sealed, spill-proof AGM instead of watering flooded cells, this is the battery that fills the slot.
It delivers 195Ah at the 20-hour rate and 163Ah at the 5-hour rate, with 145 minutes of reserve capacity at 25A and 375 minutes at 56A. Its AGM-GEL construction sits in an ABS case and uses M8 (T11) terminals, torqued to 11.0 to 14.7 Nm. Because the electrolyte is held in the glass mat, there is no topping off and no acid residue on the tray.
It is the lighter, shorter-footprint sibling of the LDC8-210-GC8H, so choose it when your tray has less room or weight allowance and 195Ah is enough for the shift.
