The Lester Summit II 1050W detects the voltage of the pack it is connected to and delivers 24, 36, or 48 volt charging accordingly, which is useful if you service a mix of machines. The enclosure is sealed to IP66 / NEMA 4 and cooled by natural convection with no fan, so there is no intake to clog with dust or splash. The charger accepts 100 to 240 VAC, single phase, at 50 to 60 Hz, and Lester rates its efficiency above 91 percent. Its protections include reverse polarity, output short circuit, over and under voltage, and wrong-battery-voltage detection.
