SFS FD34 Ride-On Floor Scrubber
The SFS FD34 is the machine most large single-site operations end up on. A 33.9-inch cleaning path and 64,580 ft²/hr rated throughput means a 100,000 square-foot warehouse floor is a scheduled task rather than a project, and the 39.6-gallon solution tank is sized so that pace is not interrupted by refills.
Two 480 W brush motors carry noticeably more scrubbing pressure than the lighter riders below it in the range, which is what makes the difference on tire marks, dried spills and the ground-in grey film that builds up in traffic lanes. The 43.3-inch squeegee is nearly ten inches wider than the brush path, so recovery stays complete at speed instead of leaving a wet trail on the outside of every turn — the usual failure point when operators push a rider faster than its squeegee can keep up.
A 760 W traction motor and 18% grade rating handle dock ramps and inclined transitions loaded. Run time is three to four hours on a 200 Ah bank; if your buildings need a genuine uninterrupted eight-hour shift, the FD40 doubles the battery and extends that to six hours on a single charge.
