Description
The 31XCS is Trojan's newest commercial-duty replacement for the discontinued 31XHS, built specifically for floor cleaning equipment rather than the broader multi-application lineup most flooded batteries cover. It uses a calcium lead alloy grid designed for longer waterless operation than standard antimony-based plates, which cuts down on the watering schedule commercial scrubber fleets otherwise need to keep up with.
Anchor-locked elements and full-frame grids resist vibration damage from daily equipment use, and the tight-packed commercial plates are built to deliver more power-per-pound than Trojan's standard consumer flooded batteries. It's rated at 185 minutes of reserve capacity at 25 amps and operates across an unusually wide -40°F to 140°F range.
