BCI DC31-8MF 12V Flooded Deep Cycle Battery (Group 31)

Group 31 is the workhorse case size for floor scrubber battery banks, and the DC31-8MF fills it with 105Ah of flooded lead-acid capacity and roughly 830 CCA — enough starting punch that it also doubles well in marine and RV setups, not just scrubber trays. If your equipment calls for a wet-cell replacement rather than sealed AGM, this is the direct swap.

Where this one earns its keep is plate construction: full-frame plates and reinforced separators are built to take the daily deep-discharge, recharge cycle that a commercial cleaning schedule puts a battery through, rather than the lighter-duty cycling a standard automotive battery is designed for. The dual molded-in terminals accept either post or stainless stud connections, so it drops into most existing battery trays without an adapter.

Because it's a flooded design rather than sealed, expect to check electrolyte levels periodically — the tradeoff for a lower price point and generally longer cycle life than a comparably sized AGM.
