8V isn't a voltage most floor-care equipment lines run, but where a manufacturer specs a 4-battery 32V series string with 8V units instead of 6V or 12V, the T875-AES is Trojan's sealed AGM answer. It shares Trojan's AES construction — thick-plate AGM with a design life built around 3x the cycles of flooded — in a case sized for the equipment that was originally built around Trojan's flooded 8V line, so retrofits keep the same footprint and mounting.
At 142Ah (5-hr rate), the T875-AES sits below the 12V AES models on straight Ah but delivers its capacity at higher voltage per unit than the 6V T105-AES, which changes the series-string math for equipment designed around 8V blocks. Weight is 88 lbs, close to the T105-AES despite the different voltage/capacity split — a reflection of AGM's denser plate stacking versus flooded 8V batteries of similar case size.
